1. About SHAER

SHAER is a private networking intelligence service. By accessing shaer.io or requesting membership, you agree to these terms.

2. Membership

SHAER membership is offered on a monthly subscription basis at rates displayed on the site. Membership is limited and we reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion.

Payment is invoiced monthly. Membership begins upon confirmation of payment. You may cancel at any time with no further charges after the current billing period ends. Cancellation requests must reach us at least 72 hours before your next billing date.

3. What we provide

SHAER provides networking intelligence including event recommendations, attendee information, and related briefings. We do not guarantee attendance approval at any gathering, specific outcomes from attendance, or the accuracy of third-party attendee information obtained from public sources.

4. Your information

We collect only what is necessary to deliver your membership: name, email address, city, and professional focus. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. See our cookie policy for full details.

5. Intellectual property

All briefs, event intelligence, and content produced by SHAER are proprietary. Members receive a personal, non-transferable license to use this information for their own professional purposes. You may not share, distribute, or reproduce SHAER briefs without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

SHAER is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the most recent billing month.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active members of material changes by email.
