How fast can you turn around a pack?

Standard turnaround is one week after we confirm scope. For tight timelines we can move faster, write in.

What if the conference is not on your list?

We write packs for any conference. The directory of 55 is just the most-requested set. Send the event and we will scope it.

What is your source for attendee lists?

Public conference programs, press, conference apps, side-event hosts we work with, plus the SHAER event graph. We never invent affiliations; if the public record is thin we say so.

How is this different from a single brief?

A single brief is for one event ($99). A conference pack is for an entire conference week, with multiple briefs across side events bundled. The pack also includes the detail sheet of which side events are worth your time.

Can the season pass be shared across a team?

The season pass is for one named user. For team or fund use, the enterprise tier handles shared access and watchlists.

Refund policy?

Packs are custom work, so they are non-refundable once delivered. If a pack is materially wrong, we fix it or send a corrected version at no charge. You can cancel the season pass anytime, no pro-rating, but unused packs stay valid for 12 months.
